The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP”) and its Department of Transportation’s Registry of Motor Vehicles (“RMV”) (collectively, the “Agencies”) and Opus Inspection Technologies, Inc. have reviewed the insurance provisions set forth in the SPA, and have made changes to such provisions.

As a result, action on your behalf is required. Please click on the “Sign Revised SPA” button below:
